The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights published a guide to be used by leaders and staff of national human rights institutions which aims to help NHRIs build and maintain long-term resilience and to respond to threats. Part I examines the importance of organizational resilience and provides advice on the areas NHRIs can focus on to strengthen the resiliency of their institutions. Part II discusses crisis management for NHRIs under threat and suggests some practical ways of responding to pressure and attacks.
