The SCA is of the view that NHRIs should, where possible, further enhance regional engagement where geographic offices are not present.

The SCA recommends that the SIHR further strengthen its regional cooperation and engagement with diverse parts of society in all regions of the country, and that it consider establishing a regional presence to further enhance accessibility.
